Good evening Bulldog families!
I truly thought we were going to make it through an entire week without a virtual learning day, but late winter fog decided to play a few tricks on us! Thank you once again for your patience and flexibility as we navigated another weather-related adjustment. As a reminder, students have one week from the virtual learning day to complete and submit their assignments.
Congratulations to this week’s Portrait of a Baron Students of the Week for demonstrating the incredible skill of Collaboration! This week’s winners stood out for being positive teammates, thoughtful listeners, and dependable partners. They understand that collaboration isn’t just about getting the job done, it’s about lifting others up along the way. Congratulations to: Levi Bentley, Nicholas Phelps, Luke Martin, Addison Carroll, Corallea Cole, Axton Jones, and Dawson Wilcox.
We would also like to congratulate Ms. Buchs and our Robotics Team for their awesome effort at this past Saturday’s competition. We are proud of the hard work, dedication, and teamwork they displayed!
This week is shaping up to be a fun and exciting one, and with any luck, the weather will cooperate and allow us a full week together. Don’t forget that on Friday from 5:00–7:00 PM, we will host our very first VIP Dance! Students in Pre-K through 5th grade are invited to attend with a VIP guest who is 21 years of age or older. We are looking forward to an amazing evening filled with fun and memories.
As for clubs and activities this week, Math Bowl will meet after school on Monday and Wednesday until 3:25 PM. STEAM Team will also meet on Wednesday after school until 3:25 PM. In addition, our 5th grade students will travel to DMS to enjoy a performance of the middle school production of Mary Poppins.
Thank you for being such an important partner in your child’s education. Let’s make it a great week, Bulldogs!
