Good evening Bulldog families!

Our Bulldogs did a fantastic job returning to school after the long weekend! Students came back eager to learn, engaged in their classrooms, and ready to dive back into their work.

We are proud to congratulate this week’s Portrait of a Baron Student of the Week winners. Throughout the month of September, we continue to highlight and celebrate the important skill of adaptability-a quality that helps our students grow both in and out of the classroom.

Looking ahead, our next PTO meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, September 10th at 6:00 PM, and all are welcome to attend. We’d love to see many of you there! Speaking of the PTO, we are also excited to announce our first big event of the year—the 2nd Annual Color Run and Block Party on October 2nd. This fun-filled event is open to all McKenney-Harrison students and families. Be sure to check ParentSquare and your child’s take-home folder for flyers and pledge forms.

Finally, a quick reminder regarding student safety: please ensure that your child is supervised until school doors open each morning. Staff members are preparing for the day and are unable to provide supervision prior to 7:25 AM (or 8:25 AM on Wednesdays). Your cooperation in keeping all of our students safe is greatly appreciated.
